1. Are your soaps safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All of our soaps are made with gentle, detergent-free bases that don’t contain SLS or harsh sulfates. All of our bars include soothing ingredients like shea butter, glycerin, honey, or goat milk. We always recommend a patch test if you have very sensitive or allergy-prone skin.
2. Do you make glycerin-based soaps?
Yes! Several of our bars use a clear glycerin melt-and-pour base, which is naturally moisturizing and helps the skin retain hydration. Unlike store-bought “soap” that often contains detergents, our glycerin soaps are detergent-free, palm oil–free, and skin-safe.
3. What’s the difference between goat milk soap and hydrolyzed goat milk soap?
Traditional goat milk soap is made by blending fresh or powdered goat milk directly into the base, which adds creaminess and nourishment.
Hydrolyzed goat milk soap (like the base we source from Greece) is a step further—hydrolyzed proteins are broken down into smaller components, making them easier for the skin to absorb. This results in a gentler bar that delivers the natural vitamins and minerals of goat milk more effectively.
4. Are your soaps vegan?
We offer both vegan-friendly options (made with shea butter, glycerin, and plant oils) and traditional recipes that include honey or goat milk. Each product listing clearly states whether it is vegan.
5. Do your soaps contain palm oil or detergents?
No. We are proudly palm oil–free and detergent-free. Our soaps are handcrafted with natural bases, oils, and botanicals that cleanse without stripping the skin.
6. How long do your soaps lasts?
With daily use, a full bar typically lasts 3–4 weeks. To extend the life of your soap, use a draining soap dish and avoid letting the bar sit in water.
7. Do you accept custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We create custom soaps for weddings, parties, and corporate gifts. Bulk and wholesale options are available at discounted rates—please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
8. Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. We use compostable or biodegradable wraps and labels whenever possible. Our goal is to reduce plastic waste while keeping your soaps fresh and well-protected.
9. Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the U.S. and internationally packed carefully so your soaps arrive safely and beautifully.
10. Do you have sampler packs?
Yes! Our sampler sets include mini bars in a variety of scents so you can find your favorites before purchasing a full-size bar.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because our soaps are handcrafted, small-batch, and personal care items, we cannot accept returns once products have been opened or used.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the item(s). We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or updated within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t shipped yet.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges.
